Hi Jeff. I look forward to getting my stuff and getting started. Silly question. Other exercise on days off - like yoga or walking programs are ok to do along with this program? Thank you

Good morning Carla! Hope all is well. Not a silly question at all. Great question. Just wrote a blog post on MSworkouts.com regarding just this.

Active rest. Yes movement on days "0ff" between exercise sessions is good. Movement such as walking, yoga, pilates, etc are great for the body because they prompt blood flow and add a pliable nature to your body.

Exericse is Movement but Movement is not always exericse. Exercise should be a "progressive overload" if you're looking to see a faster metabolism, strong body, tone body, etc. (results).

In our SteadyPace® Exericse sessions you are looking to get to the point during the timed set that you can no longer continue the movement (when you want to change form or speed up DONT!). At that point you have SUCCESSFULLY exercised your targeted muscles.

Have an excellent day Carla and welcome! Look forward to assisting you in becoming informed, strong, and feeling great :)
