Reminder that RESULTS come from progessivly overloading your targeted muscles. NO THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF EXERCISE AKA VOLUME...
Take advantage of every second of every set to flex/engage the targeted muscle and "RUN TO THE BURN"... breath through it and when your body needs to change the form or speed it up DO NEITHER!!!! At that point you have SUCCEEDED in progressivly overloading your muscle and you work is DONE!!! CONGRATS!
