Good afternoon Steady-Pacer's! I will be posting daily now, feedback, tips, and answering questions.
When you log on and get after it this week stop in here and let us know how the session went. Abduction is essential for the strength of the lateral side of our legs and strong tone hips/butt.
@Josh the burn seems to be a constant focus for most! What have you done to get through the burn?
I will close my eyes and listen to the cadence at times to fight the burn!

Hello out there, Steady-Pacers! I'm Josh, 41-year-old father of boy-girl teenage twins. Thanks to Jeff for developing the online at-home system, I love it!
Introduce yourself and let the rest of us know how you are doing! Personally, I have trouble pushing through the burn (especially without a trainer to save face in front of), but I'm getting better.
